Leamingtons renowned walking rugby team were back in action again at the weekend, warming up for Sunday’s World Cup QF with a tournament at Coventry’s Butts Park Arena.

Once again the legendary names such as Harris, Pask, Watkins and David graced the night Leam shirts and much like in their more youthful years they swept aside all comers.

Teams from Silhillians, Coventry and Earlsdon were bested and the cup was won to add to their Warwickshire crown won earlier in the summer.
