As a club, Leamington takes the safeguarding of all children very seriously. All children at our club are entitled to feel safe and protected from any form of abuse, neglect or bullying and have the right to take part in sport in a safe, positive and enjoyable environment.
Club responsibilities
Our club safeguarding officers carry out the club's safeguarding responsibilities and are responsible for ensuring that the club's safeguarding and anti bullying policies are adhered to. They are the first point of contact for any safeguarding or bullying concerns.
The full safeguarding and anti-bullying policies can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
Parent responsibilities
As a parent, you too have a role to play to ensure our club is a safe and enjoyable environment for all. If something doesn't look or feel right to you, please make contact with a safeguarding officer to discuss your concerns. No judgement will be made, no matter how small you feel your concern is. Were know that child abuse can happen anywhere, even in Leamington and even at our club.
Reporting a safeguarding or bullying concern
Please contact a safeguarding officer for any safeguarding or bullying issues you have regarding a child or adult. Reports are always taken seriously, investigated fully and treated with the strictest of confidence.
